Building Our Community Together

Richard Thomas has a long history of community engagement. He served two terms on Owen Sound City Council, has been a member of the Owen Sound and North Grey Union Public Library Board for 23 years, and is presently vice-chair of the River District Board. He has served on boards and committees across the city, and has written 25 books of fiction and non fiction about the City of Owen Sound.
